Going to the Casino boosts your testosterone and gym gains

Debunked

What we can confirm

There is no credible evidence that simply going to a casino causally boosts testosterone levels or improves muscle and strength gains from the gym. While testosterone is linked to reward processing, status-seeking, and some gambling-related behaviors, existing studies do not show that casual casino attendance increases testosterone or gym performance, and gambling is more commonly associated with risk of addiction and other harms than with health or fitness benefits.
