What we can confirm

Authoritative and reputable sources report that Russia has used North Korean ballistic missiles in strikes against Ukraine, and Reuters also reports that President Zelensky said Russia used a North Korean missile in a deadly strike. The claim is therefore supported, though the wording "according to President Zelensky" is a sourcing qualifier rather than the core fact.
