What we can confirm

Authoritative and primary-adjacent reporting identifies Peter Thiel's November 2023 appearance on the Honestly with Bari Weiss podcast and quotes him saying, "It was crazier than I thought. It was more dangerous than I thought." The claim is accurate, although the wording "than he thought" is a paraphrase of Thiel's exact statement and the remark referred to the Trump administration's performance in his first term.
