What we can confirm

The specific viral security-camera video from Cape Coral was labeled as AI-generated on social platforms and was assessed by two detection tools as highly likely to be AI-generated. Real Florida shark footage exists, including a 2015 video of a nine-foot bull shark near Bonita Springs condominiums and a 2022 Hurricane Ian video of a smaller, possibly juvenile shark, but those are different recordings.
